We have adequate crew members in reserve at all times. Crew members are lined up for the various ranks on specific ships well in advance, ensuring smooth crew changes even in urgent cases. We stay in touch with the crew members regularly when they are on board or on vacation. During our crew vacation, we coordinate with them to set their rejoining dates and update any relevant certificates that may have expired.
Recruitment

We have full collaboration with Training Centers which approved by DMA for ensuring that crew are well trained for the vessel they are being sent on. They can impart general as well as specific training on topics such as safety, hazmat, resource management and first aid. Plan and manage crew training and development. This includes mandatory training to keep seafarers abreast of industry developments and ready for their jobs on maritime practices.
